Essay on My Aim in Life [309 words #Sample 1]:
Everyone in the world has a definite aim, and it is a good thing to have
a purpose in life because a person without an aim is likely to end in failure.
As I look forward to shaping my future, I firmly believe in becoming a good
teacher for a number of reasons.
To begin with, a teacher can significantly contribute to his or her
society in different ways. Firstly, s/he produces some responsible and
accountable citizens, who in turn can help in introducing necessary change
initiatives in their community. As a result, we will have an ideal society that
can make a meaningful contribution to nation building. Secondly, I will be able
to plan and execute the concept of preserving indigenous knowledge and
resources that always inspire people to know their self because we can conquer
the world when we, first of all, know ourselves and our rich cultural heritage.
Finally, I will be capable enough in updating myself throughout my life, and it
will always keep me active academically, professionally, and physically.
Moreover, my choice may not be liked by many because they think that one
cannot make a lot of money in this profession. However, frankly speaking,
dreams of becoming rich do not allure me very much. If some reasonable means of
subsistence are supplied to meet the basic necessities of a respectable living,
I should feel particularly happy in my work as a teacher. Similarly, I
sometimes plunge into the pleasing fancy that some of my students entering
different walks of life will enrich society with their character and ability.
To train youths so as to make them grow up into helpful members of the
community is the objective of my life.
To summarize, the pursuit of this aim is, with me, a very agreeable
process. It is a pleasure by itself and a reward.
Essay on My Aim in Life [130 words #Sample 2]:
Every man in the world must have some aim in life. A man without aim can
have no success in life. Different people have different aims in life. Some
people want to become wealthy. Some wish to acquire knowledge. Some men want
glory and fame. Our country is very poor and therefore backward in many
aspects. The progress of a country depends on agriculture, industry, and trade.
My aim in life is to teach my illiterate villagers without taking any advantage
of them.
First of all, farmers should be taught how to get good crops. Everyone in the country should be made aware that overpopulation is a problem for everyone. I will try my best to teach uneducated people that the only remedy for uncontrolled population growth is family planning.
Essay on My Aim in Life [297 words #Sample 2]:
Everybody has an aim in life. Some have high aims, but some have simple ones. A man without aim is like an aimless boat floating toward a potential danger. So I too have an aim.
My aim is to become an efficient doctor and
serve the backward and poor people of my community. Most of our people are
uneducated or illiterate and are conservatives. They need proper help and
guidance. They do not know the importance of good health or how to enjoy a
healthy life. Many people die of illness every year because of their ignorance.
There are only a few doctors in our country. But they do not want to live in
villages.
If I become a doctor, I will set up my clinic
in a town at first and earn a lot of money. Then I will go to the village to
serve the poor villagers who don't get proper help from the government and
wealthy people. I shall build a small hospital in the village where I won't
charge any fee to the poor and helpless people. I shall work day and night to
improve the health condition of the villagers. I'll try to remove their blind
beliefs and superstitions. I will make people understand how to keep themselves
safe from various diseases, the causes of diseases, and their symptoms by using
preventive measures. I shall teach them that prevention is better than cure,
and similarly, I shall explain the value of clean drinking water, good
sanitation, and a balanced diet.
I will do some research to cure dangerous
diseases from the plants and creepers, which are the source of medicine. In
this way, I will help my poor countrymen in every possible way by earning name
and fame as well as money.
